Recently, on a short break from work and in search of a new experience, I visited a new shopping complex. Shopping itself wasn’t new to me but usually it’s a rushed task squeezed into a busy day filled with errands. This time, it was a lazy afternoon and I had time on my hands so I walked leisurely, taking in my surroundings and enjoying the gentle breeze that caressed my face.
Soon another year will come to an end and for many, it’s a time to reflect on the year, learn, and plan for the future.
I don’t make New Year’s resolutions, but I often take time to reflect on the highs and lows of the year. The reflection usually happens during quiet moments alone, usually in my den. As I grow more mature – by now you all know I don’t use the word associated with one’s senescence – my life decisions and goals become more meaningful and carry greater impact.
The perfect time often depends on the situation and individual circumstances.
When making decisions for the perfect time you should at the very least ask yourself these questions:
