The Nurturer
Women are natural nurturers – human connectors – and with this innate ability there is the inclination to build and maintain secure havens for others. Women have become known for their trust and dependability in both the workplace and home. The sisterhood, building powerful relationships.
Studies have shown that women dominate the education and health services industry- two significant sectors in a thriving economy – a clear indication that women are the primary drivers of growth and wellness.
Women are strongest when they are connected to their families, to their children, to other women. The connections – relationships – are safe when it is understood that the love and care she extends is pure and trustworthy.

The Sister Connection
Your sisters are the women who will support you through” thick and thin”, women who are always there. They are not necessarily related to you by blood but they will lend their support at the drop of a hat. Women who will unabashedly hold your hand while walking down a busy street to steady your gait if you stumble.
Women who will lend you a shoulder to lean on, who will cry when you cry without even knowing why you are crying, but do so because of the deep and potent ties that allow them to sense your pain.
The Strength Of My Sister
The women who become pillars of support and have surrounded me with love are my sisters. The women who complete my circle of goodness are my sisters.
We are sisters who don’t hesitate to hold each other accountable, to correct one another when we make a mistake, or to give each other praise when we do well. The naiveté of some combined with the experience of others becomes a cadre of learning and support for all.
Our camaraderie epitomizes not only what it means to be sisters but also our womanhood. The natural eloquence and caverns of ambition within the connections reveal thriving careers – writer, lawyer, florist, doctor, manager, teacher, engineer, and nurse to name a few.
“You Got This” – The Sisterhood
My kin, one-blood, warriors are my names for these women…my sisters. Some relationships started in my early years of school and stayed through adulthood, becoming family. We are now sister-women. Although we don’t talk every day, when we do, it feels like only yesterday. We are straightforward and honest with each other in our friendships, and when we tell each other “you got this,” it gives us a supreme sense of confidence to handle anything.
So, sisters live your life with passion and courage because “you got this” when we are all in it together!
